Desc: Wow, my first 10,000 population city! Actually, it seemed
fairly easy. Palace block remained stable through out game, no devolving. This is about 2 - 2 1/2 years into a 5 year continuance. It should top out at over 300,000 denarii, prosperity and peace 100, favor around 98, and culture between 55 & 60. I don't like to place useless
blocks of theaters/temples just to raise culture, although I had to resort to some artful placement to satisfy requirements but keep housing from evolving. Population should go over 10,500, but towards end everyone starts to age and workers drop off. Farm placement could have
been better, as could some of the warehouses. Oh well.
