Desc: This is pretty much my first city, (so cut me some slack 8^) and I've had great fun with it. The people there are extremely happy with you, there are no health or entertainment problems, and trade brings in a pretty good cash flow. The average housing level is medium/large insulae. I've managed to keep the unemployment at 4%, which combined with the monthly revenue lets you spend more time in giving what you what your citizens want. There is also a major native city nearby by, and they also bring in some money. I've scheduled periodical invasions as well, and there is plenty of room to expand.
