Desc: This is a city built on a map I created with the Scenario Editor. It's a 25K city with all the ratings on 100 . The city is not too stable , because there is a food shortage . It consist of nearly only large tent slums and luxury palace blocks . The reason for the slums is that i was afraid of the walker sprite limit - just imagine how many extra schools and theaters you need for 100 on culture in a 25K city. I also reached the data limit .
