Tarraco Zoo from Lv.4 Architect Rank Career Scen
Desc: Caesar is furious. He tasked the Governor of Tarraco to build a
profitable medium sized seacoast suburb. The Governor has done this but
has included a zoo. Building the zoo has become such an obsession to
the Governor that he has failed to pay his annual tribute for three
years now and has ignored Caesar's requests for vegetables. Caesar has
sent Roman legions to fire him. It is year 11 AD and the Governor has
placed you in charge of the city while he is off in Africa hunting for
more animals for his zoo. He has taken all the city funds with him. By
the way, the Governor banished towers and wells since he didn't want his
precious elephants accidentally hurt by a tower ballista dart or by
falling down a well.
