Desc: A large and prosperous city including a Hippodrome and lots and lots of
commerce. There are a wide range of housing available from Large Insulae to Small
Tents. You don't have a whole lot of money but there are some easy ways of fixing
that. There is plenty of room for expansion if you wish or you can just look at the
marvelous city that has been created. There are tons of gardens laid out and the
city looks quite inviting. Maybe I'll pay it a visit!
