When you enter the area, You will be ambushed by many undead
creatures. Once you have dealt with them, disarm the traps on the floor
(easy exp). Continue exploring... You will find a few items scattered
around but nothing much.

At the dead end you can find a Wand of Fear.

This is the room that Korgan has come for. Unfortunately, someone has beaten
him to the book. Korgan will suggest that you cut the Grave Robbers off before they reach Pimlico's
house. You will find the Grave Robbers on top of the Copper Coronet (at
night). The quest will then point you towards the Temple District to
the Pimlico's Estate.
Follow up:
Korgan's quest does not end here. To continue with it, you need to
travel to the Slums (to recover the book) and then to the Temple
District (to deliver the book to Pimlico).
