Skeleton King The once
good King Leoric will present himself to you in
the unmistakable form of a colossal Skeleton
armed with a two-handed sword and wearing a
sinister crown. The Skeleton King can summon
undead bodyguards at will, so you will perforce
have to concentrate on destroying Leoric himself,
rather than eliminating his cohorts first. The
Skeleton King, perhaps tortured by his ill fate,
will dash about almost at random, only stopping
to attack should you engage him directly. He is
very susceptible to the Holy Bolt spell, though a
powerful Warrior may be able to defeat him in
hand-to-hand combat. Fell the Skeleton King and
his powerful Undead Crown, as well as the other
riches contained in his lair, are yours for the
taking.
