reasons for them. You may also find the scenario text

You are the Royal Architect, chosen by Akhenaten, and
acting with his full authority, to fulfill his vision
of creating a city to honour the Aten. To begin with,
you are blessed with generous resources, and you shall use
these to construct a mausoleum for Pharaoh, and to endow
his monuments with precious goods for the worship of the
Aten. However, your time is short, for in 25 years the
forces of reaction will assault your city mercilessly.
