<><><> STORY LINE <><><>

You are the current Pharaoh's, Qa'a, most reliable friend. As a Royal Governor Qa'a expects the best from you and no less! As Qa'a sent his armies to explore the banks of the Nile they had found an extrodenry site which is rich in water. As they explored this land they came upon an uncharted city! As they where instructed, by Qa'a, they must find explore and survey any new foriegn cities.
This was no ordinary city for one thing it was abandoned, but much to the surprise of the army the pervious inhabitants showed great farming skills. As within the great walls layed a well carved farmland, marshland, and some how these inhabitants had the power to lead the river neatly and directly into the heart of the city.
Qa'a believes that this Mystic Farmland at one time was an out post for foriegn armies. As the near by plain and orebearing rocks could have supplied an acient city with gold and an enormous amount of copper to be made into weapons.
The pharaoh recomends that you imediatly begin your harvesting as the farms have withstood the test of time and remain intact. Once your farming has begun it is wise to open all possible trade routes simply because your cities harvest is to supply not only your own city but also Egyptian and Foriegn cities. If you fail to open these routes in time you will find your self in a quickly rising debt. As the pharaoh has sugested it was probably the weak but willful armies of the Nubians who once owned the land, and they may attempt to regain it if it is truely their land. Therefor it is recomended that your city have some sort of military protection as soon as possible. As it is not a required task, the pharaoh will not frown on low levels of housing but it is expected that the highest possible form of housing is found in your city. As a fair warning your city doesn't have acess to the most valuable comodity.......WOOD!!!! No wood no fishing, no wood no chariots, no wood no monume!
nts, NO WOOD NO WIN GAME! So IMPORT it!
