The New Capital
A Scenario By Ben The Vizier

Egypt is now in peace and you, Pharaoh Khasekhemwy, have decided to found a new capital, at Dashur. There you’ll have access to almost every commodity you can think of.
Dashur will be a magnificent city, and every city will talk of it (and of you) with respect. Every citizen will have access to every type of culture. You’ll attract the wealthier classes to your city, making it prosper and rich. Your city, once finished, will have 7000 (or more) people.
You must not forget the afterlife. You’ll build yourself a Pyramid Complex, and a Sphinx, to guard your eternal resting place. You must also build a Large Pyramid for Khenstoth, your most trusted vizier, who helped your very much in the past. While building your city, you must also pay homage to Bast.
From time to time, other cities will ask you for goods. Be sure to satisfy their needs! Your Kingdom Rating will rise and you’ll receive precious gifts of Plain Stone or Limestone, which will help you constructing your Pyramids.
Good luck.

*** Designer’s Notes ***

The historical context of this scenario is fiction. Dashur was never a capital in Ancient Egypt. When it was built, Pharaoh Khasekhemwy was already dead, and a Sphinx and a Pyramid Complex were never constructed there. It’s just that I’m too lazy to put my scenarios in historical context. Anyway, I think it is a funny map. Have fun.
