No speed record (58 years!). But, this city boasts a peak
population of over 11000 (at game save time, only about 10000 are there), despite the cramped terrain. Other highlights: almost 200k in the city budget, four forts, five warships, one shipwright(!), very happy gods, and a nice big worker shortage problem.
