Here, I used the comb layout to house the vast majority of my population. In an effort to conserve cash and labour, I elected to keep most of the "teeth" at Spacious Homestead level. Clearly, that wasn't going to help my prosperity requirement much, so I had to bump a couple of "teeth" up to Spacious Residence.
My Stately Manors (I built 9 rather than the required 6) are in the south-eastern corner of the map. The extra 3 really helped in getting the prosperity requirement ;).
This map was played on Normal difficulty, and will carry on for 5 years.
