At the time I saved this, the required population was less than 100 away, with a stream of
people coming in. If you want to watch the end sequence immediately, sit tight. If you'd
rather play on a bit, you know what to do...
There wasn't much about this level that annoyed me. It was fairly easy, due to the number
of gold mines that could be put in. When you have plenty of money, almost anything is
possible...
