The save was made right before completion. Some industries have been turned off to get more workers. No gifts, salaries or personal funds were used. City is almost connected except for a couple of areas: the pottery industry, which was separated from the bricks production, and the dock area which was used only for limestone and sandstone imports. City is generally stable (with a teleported market lady affecting a few common residences).
