Description:
When I checked my first attempt, I felt ashamed of those unfunctional buildings and the poor city design.
That's why I decided to built this city again with minimum housing level: Fancy Residence.
I didn't achieve the optimum time, because I've placed the small pyramid too soon.

- minimum time (?), maximum prosperity and culture
- no personal funds, no gifts, no donations, no salary
- no unfunctional buildings, no culture parks
- no statues (!)
- the city should be stable for another 5 years, if you meet all requests
