OK , that is it.
(Please take care in case Heavengames moderator very very late, 2 Rowarty files could be the same.
Pop is 19656, I have 31 operationnal PEs and cannot handle more without building at least another straw SY and 3 cattle farms (and I have no room for this). Of course I could erase fancy residences eating Meat but, one PE more or less, this is not the point.
Third block could perfectly be made of Modest Estates only, but I do not like their look.
City is stabilized, one PE will devolve to ME in second block, one evolve in third.
For those who like block design, please note that ME with not enough Desirability in North-East block would get it were the three PE South-East moved one tile SW. It did it previous game, this time I was busy somewhere else and noticed too late.
Though it does not have the impressive looking of our “100 Palatial Estates in Hetep”, I think the performance is far beyond it.
