I started to build my manorblock (room for 27 manors),and exporting papyrus and wood.
I didn`t came in debt in this city.
When my fancy recidences evolved to manors I was short by almost 1000 employers.
I had a population at 4000 then so I had to build a loot of “useless” houses.
With my manorblock I made a lot in tax.(from 30-35k every year).

My population turned to 6500+ in the final save and I got 25 stately manors.
I made 30.000+every year those last few years, but I had to pay between 7000 and 12000 deben in tribute.

Final funds was 183.732 deben and that got me 37809 points on normal.
I completed Djedu in 160 months.
