No mansion was built and therefore no additional funds were required to build or used to raise the kingdom rating. You just need to deliver the last burial goods to complete the mission.
There is no micromanagement to keep this running. There are no food shortages quite the opposite, I don't even harvest it all. There are 4 main blocks of mostly fancy residences(only limited by the flow of game meat to the block) and 1 mature PE block of 12 estates.
I decided that to maximize the available food resources that I would go to the food. Therefore the four worker blocks are located near the herds of gazelle. The military was a little overboard but I went with chariots since they can move around a land mass of this size fairly quickly. All food is delivered directly to the granaries because I didn't want to manage a food retrieval system.
Although Waset only exports 25 blocks of limestone a year, proper tribute to Ra opens the routes a bit more on occasion through the course of time (since it is a randomized event, I know the time I achieved can be beat). However, this is how I achieved a time of less than 25 years.
The libraries all have papyrus and are being stocked. Actually I was surprised that I could only set the import to on papyrus to 15000. I think I had about 18000 papyrus at the peak.
My mines could have been set up better and the mistake cost me about 50000 db over the span of time.
I only wish there were some water near the center to supply my distribution workers with the conditions that they deserve.
