This was a contest created by Baltic, its description can be found in the Competition Forum with the title "Competition event : Tribute". Completion criteria: 6400 luxury goods, 20 weapons, 20 chariots, not in debt, and Kingdom Rating 10 or higher. The Winning criteria for the contest were 1) shortest time to completion, 2) total of weapons + chariots, and 3) Highest Kingdom Rating.
