Author's Description:

Rockpool in 204 months. This was a fairly easy city-building scenario. I avoided all direct military encounters by making the right choices. But the challenge is finding space on the map to fulfill the winning criteria, and still build an attractive city. This is my solution. Anyone who plays on Normal should find this scenario enjoyable.
