Looking through the downloads you always find something new.

I had just completed the same city (Empire) and decided to see what other had done.

This city of Max's is unique because of what he accomplished without statues. Perfect ratings all around.

What is impressive though, is the way he handles entertainment. Look at his placment of entertainment venues, in particular the bandstands and pavilions. Very nice and they do not interfer with walker coverage.

Also interesting is his placement of the manors around the temple complex (remember no statues).

Very interesting and creative city.
