I made some last minute changes when the hyenas attacked with the monument approx. 90% completed. I replaced some stonemason's guilds with police, added gardens, and deleted a group of superfluous quarries on the west side of the central outcropping which drew labor from the manors to the south. Their access road and a fancy residence were also deleted to make room for a large statue sealing the gap.
Played on hard. No rescue loan taken.
Standard salary taken. No gifts made.
