Author's Description:

This is my fastest run of Rostja at 234 months. I am sure that I cant do it
faster, but anyone else is welcome to try. The save is from just before the
last (medium) pyramid has completed polishing. This city has a number of
features that may be of interest to someone including:
(1) Two very stable main city blocks built literally around the Temple
Complex and the Town Palace/Festival Square with no culture parks!
(2) A very efficient single dock design allowing imports/exports of better
than 60 units each from 3 cites.
(3) An extended supply chain for plainstone that extends from the quarries
to close to the pyramids.
(4) A near optimal (I think) stonemason/workcamp design given the flow of
limestone/plainstone into the city.
