Author's Description:

Attached is the finished city of Abu. The city is finally over-producing crops after years of poor performance. The city can easily fit the 4,000 requirement. Most of the city is living in a large town area in the middle island. I thought this was an interesting town layout as it is able to compactly fit a rather large poulation quite easily. There are a few roadblocks, but mostly tried to keep the roads in and out of the city area to a minimum to reduce the need for roadblocks.
